The aftermath

My head is still spinning from Christmas,  it came quickly and it left quickly.  My Sweetie bought me a new tablet, I "think" I'm
having fun playing with it. My old laptop is ready to give up the ghost so this was a timely gift. However, it's a blessing and a curse. The part of me that is adventurous and loves to learn new things is having fun but the other side of me that becomes frustrated when it takes too long to figure something out is causing me to see red. My Sweetie seems to enjoying watching this dichotomy. I think he did this on purpose...Hot and cold; sweet and sour; night and day...I'm sure you get the picture.

I always hate to bid this beautiful season farewell, I enjoy the generous spirit that prevails this time of year but once all the work is done, all the wrapping paper is picked up, the big dinner is served and cleared away, the decorations are taken down and put in storage and life returns back to more of a hush I have to admit I breathe a big sigh of relief.

By the way, I took this photo with my new tablet.  Hmmm, I think I like photos with my Nikon camera better.

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas holiday.

I thought about getting a Amazon Kindle Fire HDX but can't really justify it because my laptop is ok yet.

glad you had a nice Christmas.

Happy New Year Willa.

hi Willa, I got a tablet too and I am so confused. I had never had a laptop and always wanted one. You must be doing pretty good to take pictures for your blog with yours. I'll keep working at it. Happy New Year.

Men, I never put anything past them. :) Neil enjoys watching me squirm way too much. Sounds like a wonderful Christmas at your house.

Hugs...Tracy
